Job overviewHow would you like to work as part of a high performing Health Visiting Service in the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire?
We currently have opportunities to join Health Visiting teams in several localities across Buckinghamshire, with vacancies available within individual teams.
We can offer you a supportive, stimulating and friendly environment that encourages learning and development. We support Champions in areas such as – Breastfeeding, Solihull Approach, Domestic Abuse, Perinatal Mental Health and CONI. The Health Visiting service has successfully achieved BFI stage 3 accreditation and we are proud to offer a high standard of breastfeeding support to our families.

Main duties of the jobYou will be leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of a team that includes Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses with support from experienced Locality Leads.

You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration.
