Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid: minimum 2 days office-based per week)
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)
Languages: Fluent French & English (German a plus)

We are looking for a French‑speaking Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with strong language skills and an interest in science or business to build a career in an exciting, international industry.

You’ll work closely with clients in French‑speaking regions, developing strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing scientific professionals, and supporting them through the recruitment process. Full training is provided, so prior recruitment experience is not required.

• Manage and grow your own life sciences client accounts
• Work to personal and team targets in a collaborative environment
• Interview candidates (face‑to‑face and via phone/online)
• Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and business pitches
• Network and maintain regular telephone contact to gather market insights and vacancies
• Support candidate consulting and communication throughout the hiring process

• Fluent French and English (German is an advantage, but not essential)
• Degree in Life Sciences (biology, chemistry, pharma, etc.) OR Business Studies/related field
• Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage (but not essential – full training given)
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a positive, proactive mindset
• Interest in medical or life sciences terminology (or willingness to learn)

• Base salary £28,000–£35,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £50,000+
• 25 days holiday
