Settle Paradigm is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development across the organisation. You will partner with leaders to identify needs and craft practical learning solutions, from leadership programmes to CPD, while championing the LMS and reporting.
You'll work in a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, contributing to a culture where learning is embedded in everyday work and residents benefit
