As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will… Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls Build and maintain strong candidate talent pools Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation Support consultants with recruitment campaigns Carry out market mapping to identify prospective candidates and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Take part in training and development programmes to build your knowledge Requirements:
