Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will… Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls, building strong candidate talent pools Support consultants with recruitment campaigns and candidate delivery Carry out market research and mapping to identify potential candidates and clients Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process Prepare candidate profiles and supporting documentation Build relationships with candidates and clients, providing a high level of customer service Support business development activity and attend networking and industry events Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Take part in training and development programmes to build your knowledge Requirements:
