1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Full Benefits
This is a great opportunity for a customer‑focused 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving organisation based in High Wycombe. The role is office‑based Monday to Friday, working with a great team.
The Role of 1st / 2nd Line Support EngineerYou’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing friendly and effective technical support across business systems (EPOS – nice to have, not essential).
Key Responsibilities- Providing 1st and 2nd line remote support
- Handling inbound calls and support queries
- Diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating where required
- Supporting new users with system setup, walkthroughs and remote training
- Experience in 1st / 2nd line IT support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident working with non‑technical users
- Someone who goes the extra mile
EPOS or retail experience, but not essential.
