You’ll take accounts who are showing interest and turn that early curiosity into qualified discovery, genuine intent and real pipeline opportunity.
You sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales
, turning attention into revenue by:
- Engaging prospects early
- Qualifying interest with intelligence and context
- Identifying real buying triggers
- Positioning Saepio’s specialist value in a crowded market
- Progressing MQLs into truly Sales‑Ready Opportunities

About You- You’re organised, proactive, and love bringing order to busy environments.
- You take pride in well‑documented, neatly structured work and get genuine satisfaction from helping a team deliver their best.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues.
- You’re fastidious in your attention to detail.
- You stay calm and focused, even when priorities shift or things get busy.
- Follow up on accounts engaging across events, campaigns, webinars, content and intent signals
- Ask sharp questions that uncover pain, priority and timing
- Use enrichment tools (Cognism/Apollo/Linked In Sales Nav/AI workflows) to build contact intelligence
- Tailor outreach around context, not templates
- Qualify accounts against need, urgency, fit and internal drivers
- Book discovery meetings that create real opportunities for Account Managers
- Personalised Linked In messaging, email sequences, video snippets and (yes) phone calls
- Follow up after events, webinars and major campaigns
- Position Saepio’s specialist value vs. generalist IT providers people already use
- Hand over opportunities with clear notes, context and recommendations
- Feed key insights back to marketing to sharpen campaigns
- Help Sales prioritise outreach based on intent and likelihood to move

This is a role for someone who wants to accelerate quickly inside a high‑growth company.
Person Specification Required- 2+ years’ experience in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, commercial development or similar outbound/inbound hybrid role
- Strong written and verbal communication: articulate, concise, credible
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders (CISO, Head of IT, Head of Engineering, Procurement, etc.)
- Comfortable using CRM, sequencing tools and AI‑enabled GTM tech
- High degree of curiosity about cybersecurity and modern GTM practices
- Proven ability to hit activity targets and pipeline contribution goals
- Experience in cyber, SaaS or B2B technology
