Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service health, handle incidents, and coordinate vendor escalation where required
  • Plan and implement configuration changes arising from Microsoft roadmap updates
Power Platform – light build & support

Support and maintain existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows

  • Build simple to moderately complex Power Apps (typically forms, approvals, and workflow‑driven apps)
  • Assist with Dataverse or SharePoint‑based data models (not complex data engineering)

Apply basic Power Platform governance controls (environments, permissions, DLP policies)

  • Work with business teams to translate simple requirements into low‑code solutions
Assist with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, including:
  • permissions and access hygiene

Support early use cases for Copilot Studio / Copilot Agents under guidance

Help create guidance, controls and documentation to support safe and effective Copilot usage

Act as a technical point of contact for questions relating to Copilot in the digital workplace

User enablement & continuous improvement
  • Provide 2nd/3rd‑line support for M365 workplace tools
  • Collaborate with service desk and business teams to resolve recurring issues
  • Produce clear technical documentation and user guidance
  • Contribute ideas to improve productivity, standardisation and user experience across M365
About You Required experience & skills
  • Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a production environment
  • Practical knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra
  • Experience building or supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Understanding of basic Power Platform governance concepts
  • Comfortable working in an operational, business‑facing role
  • Clear communication skills and a structured, methodical working style
Desirable (not mandatory)
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio
  • Familiarity with Dataverse
  • Experience working in a hybrid Microsoft environment (cloud + on‑prem)
  • Awareness of information security, data protection and access control principles
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS‑900, PL‑900, or similar)
What this role is not

To be explicit, this role is:

  • It is a hands‑on, trusted workplace engineer role with scope to grow into deeper Power Platform or Copilot work over time.
