Oxford Instruments is seeking an IT Operations Supervisor on a maternity cover basis. You will act as the primary escalation point for Service Delivery Analysts and Engineers, ensuring tickets are triaged, prioritized and resolved within agreed SLAs.
You will collaborate with global IT teams, coordinate IT projects, maintain documentation and produce operational reports to monitor service health. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills.
