Clini Med Ltd is seeking an IT Support Analyst to serve as the first contact for IT issues, logging tickets, and delivering day-to-day user support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts, and help ensure services run smoothly while adhering to SLAs.
You'll work with the IT Support Team Leader to support end users across systems, contribute to IT initiatives, maintain documentation, and promote a high-quality, customer-focused IT service across the company.
