Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Carrington Infant School, High Wycombe (HP10 9AA
) Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Contracted: 10 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 5 pm-7 pm

Salary: £13.00 per hour

• The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that high-quality cleaning services are delivered in a timely manner, including daily and deep cleaning of premises, as well as participating in quality auditing systems when required.
• Carrying out cleaning duties as part of the role.
• Ensuring that you and your team work in a safe and healthy manner, in full compliance with client and internal Health & Safety standards.
• Always act responsibly and professionally, representing the company in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist with weekly rotas, scheduling, and holiday management when required, as well as basic staff management tasks.
• Responsible for locking the building at the end of each working day.
• Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
• Full training and support will be provided by the team; no formal qualifications are needed.
