IPAF Operative​/Cleaner

Overview

Russell Taylor Group is currently seeking experienced cleaners for a fantastic opportunity, working with a well established facilities management company, on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

• Commercial cleaning and void property cleans, preparing them for works to commence, which includes dealing with floods, fires, sewage, high level cleaning and jet washing.
• Work across High Wycombe, Guildford, Reading and Oxford.
• Flexible to work overtime, out of hours and weekends due to the reactive nature of the role.

• Full driving licence.
• IPAF 3a/3b licence.
• Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.

Rate of pay is £18.00 per hour, CIS payment available.
