Bank Maintenance Person

Are you an experienced Maintenance Person who would like to use your skill set in a rewarding work environment with our welcoming and specialised support team at Hazlemere Lodge care home, in High Wycombe.

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
• Must hold a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle
• This is a bank position so you must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends as and when required.
• As this is bank, it is a zero hour contract

• You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
• You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
• If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
• Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.
• You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
