Extra Care Charitable Trust is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Assistant for Hughenden Gardens Village in the UK. You will support daily maintenance, carry out planned preventative work, and perform general repairs to keep buildings safe and well‑maintained for residents and staff.
The role requires hands‑on skills in carpentry and plumbing, a focus on health and safety, and the ability to work as part of a friendly village team. Hours are 37.5 per week with occasional out‑of‑hours cover.
