Vanta Staffing are recruiting for a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to join an established manufacturing business in High Wycombe.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is practical, organised and proactive. You will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day maintenance of the site, coordinate contractors and keep maintenance and compliance records up to date.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general building maintenance and minor repairs.
Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and repair work
.Carry out regular checks of the factory and office areas.
Identify maintenance issues and arrange specialist support where required.
Maintain accurate machinery and equipment service records.
Track servicing, inspections and statutory checks.
Coordinate planned preventative maintenance.
