IPC International, the procurement and supply chain partner supporting Subway Franchisees, is excited to offer an opportunity for a Third‑Party Risk Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract to join our Enterprise Risk team.
About the RoleAs our Third‑Party Risk Manager, you will play a key role in protecting IPC International by overseeing the financial stability, due diligence and ongoing risk management of our suppliers. You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to assess vendor risk, ensure compliance, and strengthen our organisation’s third‑party risk practices.
- Key Responsibilities you will be accountable for:
- Leading the development, implementation and adoption of our Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing vendors, ensuring ongoing monitoring and compliance.
- Ensuring we meet all regulatory, contractual and client obligations throughout the vendor lifecycle.
- Providing expert guidance to stakeholders as they manage their vendor relationships and associated risks.
- Delivering training, education and communications to enhance business‑wide understanding of TPRM.
- Supporting sourcing initiatives and helping to optimise our vendor portfolio.
- Preparing high‑quality reports for governance, risk forums and senior stakeholders.
