Head of MEWPs & Industrial Material Handling Business Development

Backed by a multi-billion-dollar global manufacturer, our UK & Ireland operation is entering a decisive growth phase. We are investing, expanding and positioning ourselves to capture meaningful market share across MEWPs and Industrial Material Handling.

We are seeking a commercially formidable leader to take ownership of this journey.

You will take full commercial responsibility for the MEWPs & Industrial Material Handling portfolio across UK&I.

This means:

• Owning revenue, margin and market share growth
• Building strategic partnerships across rental, construction, logistics and industrial sectors
• Winning high-value contracts in competitive environments
• Shaping go-to-market strategy and sector positioning
• Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
• Driving disciplined pipeline governance through Salesforce CRM

You will operate at both strategic and operational levels — influencing senior stakeholders while remaining close to major negotiations and key accounts.

You are already succeeding in access equipment, MEWPs, industrial material handling or related capital equipment sectors.

You bring:

• A proven record of delivering ambitious revenue targets
• Experience selling into rental companies, contractors and industrial operators
• Confidence leading complex, long-cycle negotiations
• The resilience required to build sustainable market presence
• The ability to balance entrepreneurial drive with structured corporate governance
