We are currently recruiting for a Sales Supervisor to join our High Wycombe store.

As the successful candidate, you will lead from the front, maintaining a balance between supervisory and hands‑on responsibilities in branch.

• Address customer queries effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
• Understand our approach to pricing and be able to communicate credible prices.
• Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required.
