Location: High Wycombe
Remuneration: £10,000 per annum
Organisation: Paradigm Housing Group
Responsibilities- Provide senior-level governance oversight and participate in high-level decision making
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the organisation's strategic plan
- Support accountability, risk management, and financial stewardship
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality customer services and affordable new homes
- Bring expertise in areas such as Commercial Development, Investment and Strategic Asset Management
- Senior level experience in the social housing sector or a related field
- Ability to contribute to broad Board decisions and governance discussions
- Strong understanding of governance, finance, and risk management
