High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire – HP11. £90,000 – £110,000 + bonus. Seymour Taylor is a multi‑award‑winning Accountancy and Tax Advisory firm in High Wycombe. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Client Director to join the business at a genuinely significant point in its growth.

Following recent investment, the firm is now entering an ambitious new phase with clear growth plans and a real appetite to strengthen its senior leadership team. We are looking to appoint a Client Director who can do more than oversee a portfolio. We want someone who can help shape the future of the business.

• Managing and developing an existing client portfolio
• Building new client relationships and generating new business
• Driving fee growth through referrals and business development activity
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and maintaining excellent service levels
• Leading client work and maintaining high technical standards
• Working closely with the Joint Managing Directors and wider leadership team
• Supporting, mentoring and developing members of the team
• Contributing to the firm's growth journey and wider commercial objectives
