Essentially, your job will be to lead the successful delivery of mechanical and ventilation projects from contract award through to completion. You'll manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Don't worry thoughyou'll have an experienced team around you to support every stage of delivery.

Should you apply? We think experienced Project Managers from Construction, Building Services (M&E), HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Main Contracting or Civil Engineering should definitely apply. If you've successfully delivered construction projects, have previous management experience and understand NEC and JCT contracts, you've got a strong chance of securing this opportunity. Experience managing project programmes, budgets, commissioning and client relationships would put you in an excellent position.
