• Strategic Leadership:
  Define the national direction of the sales team, using data‑driven insights to propose new initiatives and drive value.
• Performance Management:
  Measure team performance against targets and develop turn‑around strategies for any areas of underperformance.
• Stakeholder Partnership:
  Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the client’s strategy is communicated and brought to life within the team.
• Operational Excellence:
  Implement consistent, best‑in‑class operational processes and ensure standard operating systems are embedded across the account.
• People Development:
  Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers, creating a culture of recognition and developing training schedules to suit individual needs.
• Proven People Leader: A track record of successful people management and a proven ability to increase field productivity.
• Stakeholder Expert:
  Experience in developing and managing relationships with national‑level client stakeholders.
• Confident Communicator:
  Strong presentation skills with experience delivering clear, action‑oriented messages to large, key customer groups.
• Commercial Mindset:
  Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, reporting, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
