MARS Recruitment is helping an UK-based global high-tech manufacturer in High Wycombe to hire a Production Cell Leader on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. You will lead a small team of electro-mechanical technicians who build and repair complex instrumentation, driving daily cell performance and improvements.
The role focuses on SQCDP objectives, safety, ISO and ESD compliance, and developing skills within the team.
