Operations Manager

A growing and well-established business in High Wycombe is looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Manager to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the company.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with the Directors, Service Manager and Project Teams, overseeing business support operations, managing a small team and ensuring the smooth coordination of activities across the business.

Duties include

• Lead and support the Business Support Team, providing guidance, training and day-to-day management.
• Act as the main non-technical support to the Service Manager and wider business.
• Coordinate communication between Service, Projects, Accounts and Management teams.
• Oversee engineer scheduling and job administration, ensuring work is completed efficiently and processed through to invoicing.
• Manage client enquiries, service agreements, maintenance schedules and renewals.
• Prepare, issue and follow up quotations for service, maintenance and remedial works.
• Monitor sales opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
