Managing Director - Specialist Public Sector Facing Service Provider An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, technology-led organisation as Divisional MD of their most successful business unit (public sector). This appointment is suited to a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strategic relationships across the UK public sector.

With an established customer base and ambitious growth plans, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a successful business operating within mission-critical environments. The successful candidate will take full ownership of commercial performance, operational delivery, and strategic expansion across a significant division. The Opportunity The Divisional MD will have full P&L responsibility for their business unit, leading a team across operations, account management, and service delivery, whilst overseeing a large network of specialist consultants.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering the division's commercial and growth strategy. Driving revenue growth through existing client relationships and new market opportunities. Leading the successful delivery of long-term, complex contracts. Ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. Developing high-performing leadership teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working closely with product and technology teams to align future service development with customer needs and market demand.
