Full-time working pattern
5.45am - 2pm and 9.45am - 6pm (weekly rotating shift pattern)
This role is Monday to Friday Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

COSHH training
Experience in food handling, hygiene, and HACCP
Familiarity with safety practises in a food factory environment
Possession of pivot OR counterbalance licences essential

Responsibilities:

Adhere to health and safety procedures
Operate counter balance and pivot fork lift trucks for goods movements
Communicate effectively with team members
Ensure correct despatch and booking in of finished products and raw materials respectively
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and surrounding areas
Uphold site standards, quality procedures, and operational processes
Drive continuous improvement in site standards
Perform any assigned duties contributing to the success of projects, individuals, and the company

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proficient in written and spoken English
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Ability to lift and move weights up to 25kgs and stand for the entire shift
Excellent communication skills
Flexible team player
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges
Self-driven and capable of working independently or as part of a team Technologies: N/A
