Production Operative

Looking for Production Operatives

What you'll do:

• Assemble raw materials for prepping, mixing, measuring, and packing of finished products.
• Manage automated methods and temperatures to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules.
• Participate in regular shift-related meetings to provide critical information.

What you'll need:

• Basic Maths and English skills.
• Desire to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical fitness to lift and move weights up to 25kgs.
• A valid right to work in the UK.

• Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern :
  Working hours are 38.75 hrs per week on a 2 week rotating shift pattern (Week 1 - 5.45am - 2pm and Week 2 - 1.45pm - 10pm)
