We are working with a well‑established precision engineering company in Buckinghamshire and are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join its specialist tooling team. The company is a leader in delivering specialist tooling to the motor sport, aerospace, and defence sectors.

• Manufacture and assemble press tools, jigs, fixtures, and complex precision assemblies from detailed engineering drawings, 3D CAD data, and customer specifications.
• Perform manual machining, precision bench fitting, spotting, fine adjustment, and provide support to other areas of the Machine Shop.
• Conduct tool trials, evaluate performance, and implement refinements to achieve required accuracy and durability.
• Maintain, modify, and improve existing tooling while working closely with design, inspection, and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Overtime pay at 1.5×.
• Workplace pension.
• 25 days annual leave including bank holidays.
