Production Operative - Electronics Testing

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a well-established company based in Loudwater. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business within a production and electronics testing environment.

This role will involve testing electronic components, recording data accurately, and supporting warehouse and stock control activities. The successful candidate will be part of a team working to meet production and testing targets while maintaining high quality standards.

This position would suit someone with experience in production, manufacturing, electronics testing, assembly, or warehouse operations.

• Testing electronic components using specialist testing equipment

• Accurately recording test results and production data

• Completing job sheets in both manual and electronic formats

• Packing and labelling products once testing is completed

• Placing stock into the correct storage and inventory locations

• Assisting with stock control, stock processing and stock takes

• Supporting quality checks on completed jobs when required

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, electronics, or warehouse environment

• Previous component testing experience is advantageous

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• High level of attention to detail, especially in repetitive tasks

• Good organisation and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable with manual handling and hands-on work

• Reliable, hardworking and motivated with a strong work ethic
