Mechanical Fitter/Assembler
High Wycombe
£15-16 per hour
Proactive Global currently has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter/Assembler to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will help with mechanical installation of extraction systems and installing the inter‑connecting ductwork to customers’ woodworking machines.
Key Responsibilities- Mechanical installation of extraction systems and inter‑connecting ductwork to customers’ woodworking machines
- Servicing existing systems
- Replacing tubular filters in filter systems
- Occasionally working in confined spaces
- Experience in mechanical installation would be good but not essential – full training will be given
- A good attitude with a positive outlook on learning new skills
- Team‑leader, able to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
