CNC Turner; Programming

CNC Turner (Programming) – £44,000 - £49,000 + Bonus + Flexitime + 33 Days Holiday.

High Wycombe.

We are looking for a CNC Turner to join a long‑standing, stable machine shop specialising in aerospace components. The role offers flexible working hours, an early finish every Friday, training on CMM, tooling design, and a varied day‑to‑day workload.

Founded nearly 30 years ago, the shop supplies a range of one‑off and large batch components to the aerospace industry and prides itself on low staff turnover and a collaborative, relaxed environment.

• Set up own workload and follow production order for aerospace components
• Program and set up CNC lathes and milling machines
• Work on XYZ machines using Siemens language, with training provided if needed
• Receive full training on using CMM and designing jigs/fixtures
• Inspect own work
• Work in a close‑knit workshop of 8 people in a relaxed, steady environment

• Experience as a CNC Turner
• Programming experience with CNC machines

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 7:00/7:30 am start to 4:30 pm, 12 pm finish on Friday, 39.5 hours per week.
