Paint Sprayer

Our client, a reputable and well-established accident repair group with centres across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their professional team in High Wycombe. • Competitive hourly rate from £16.50 to £23, with options for flat salary or basic plus bonus schemes
• Monday to Friday working schedule; no weekend work
• 45 hours per week

• Complete the full painting process from start to finish, including prep, priming, painting, and polishing
• Carry out repairs on both half and full bumpers
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring work is completed within manufacturer repair times
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• ATA or NVQ qualifications preferred but not essential; relevant experience is highly valued
• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy, high-volume environment
