Adecco is recruiting Production Operatives for a long-term opportunity in High Wycombe. The role runs on a two-week rotating shift:
Week 1 5.45am-2pm and Week 2 1.45pm-10pm. You must be able to drive if not local, and the position offers a path from temporary to permanent status.
You will assemble materials, manage automated processes, and coordinate with the team to meet schedules. Training in COSHH and hygiene is included, with a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.
