The Perfume Shop is seeking a CRM Executive to join our Customer Team in the UK. You will design and deliver CRM campaigns and lifecycle activity to drive engagement, loyalty and long-term value. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days off‑site.
Salary up to £30,000 per annum. You will collaborate with CRM, Brand and Digital teams to translate plans into engaging communications and monitor performance to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
