Oxford Instruments is looking for a creative, organised and detail-focused Junior Graphic Designer to support the successful delivery of a major Group website redevelopment project. This fixed-term role has been created to provide dedicated creative support to the Oxford Instruments Group website redevelopment programme. The majority of the role will focus on website-related activities, including preparing imagery, adapting existing visual assets and creating new digital content to support migration and publication across the new website.

You will work closely with the website project team, Senior Graphic Designer, segment marketing communications teams, product managers and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets to agreed timelines. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands-on design work, has strong visual awareness and wants to build experience across websites, digital campaigns, product launches, events and marketing communications.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the Group website redevelopment project by creating, editing and optimising visual content and digital assets.
  • Create new visual content and adapt existing assets for websites, campaigns, product launches, events, social media, email marketing and other marketing channels.
  • Prepare, optimise and quality-check imagery, graphics and artwork for digital and print publication.
  • Assist with the migration, updating and reformatting of existing marketing assets as part of content improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Organise, maintain and update photography libraries, image repositories and other digital assets to support efficient content creation and distribution.
  • Create and maintain Canva templates and reusable design assets to improve consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Support product photography selection, image editing, retouching and optimisation activities.
  • Work with content authors, product marketers, digital marketing specialists and external partners to deliver creative assets to agreed timelines.
  • Provide design support for strategic product launches, campaigns, events and other business priorities.
  • Maintain compliance with Oxford Instruments brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all deliverables.
  • Manage multiple project tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties required to support Marketing Communications activities and strategic projects.
