We are recruiting a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a well-established nursing home in High Wycombe. This role is suitable for nurses with experience in nursing homes, care homes, or similar clinical settings, as well as nurses newly transitioning into elderly care.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Administer medications and manage care plans
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with care staff, GPs, and healthcare professionals
• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and wellbeing
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and procedures

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
• A caring, professional, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Nursing home or elderly care experience preferred (but not essential)

• £23 per hour
