Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct internal audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor production processes and perform inspections.
- Analyse data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation related to quality management systems.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and client specifications.
- Product testing and analysis.
- Attend global quality meetings.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, particularly in a technical or engineering environment, ideally industrial fasteners related.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations.
- Experience with quality assurance tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification.
- High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel in partucular)
