Retail Store Supervisor​/Team Leader

Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance and the friendly face that offers incredible product insight, product knowledge, and trust. Whether it is our in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events, or someone to guide our customers along their unique parent journey, our amazing store teams are there to ensure that buying a first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for a baby’s first birthday is a magical moment they’ll cherish forever.

Our supervisors are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are looking for an amazing Supervisor to be based at our Mamas & Papas High Wycombe store and lead a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store manager and management teams to achieve store results and an incredible customer experience.

• 20 hours per week across 4 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both.

• Collaborates closely with store management to achieve sales targets and customer experience goals.
• Fosters a positive, customer‑centric environment.
• Ensures store performance and operational standards are met.

• Retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background.

• Passion for putting a smile on customers’ faces and creating memorable experiences.

• Ability to lead a team and support their development.
