Retail Merchandiser

At eXPD8, we are looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the Loudwater, High Wycombe area. The role involves working as part of a field‑based retail merchandising team, supporting a range of household name brands across multiple stores.

Work across a variety of categories, including Books, Toys, Gift Cards and more.

• Monday: 08:00 - 11:00
• Thursday: 08:00 - 11:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 11:00
• Ad‑hoc work as required and agreed.

• Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well‑stocked.
• Maintain compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, procedures and health & safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms to guarantee consistency and compliance.
• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You’ll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Are willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you’ll be paid extra to do so).
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.
