Store Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic customer service, answering product queries and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support teammates by stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
• Take charge during the fill shift: unload deliveries and get stock out on shelves quickly.
• Adapt to different roles across the store – handling tills, managing cash, restocking, and working in café, bakery, or garden centre.

£13.71 per hour for 18‑20; £14.00 per hour for 21+. Includes a non‑contractual, non‑transferable Regional Allowance of £1.00 per hour. 20 hours per week, with shifts mainly between 12 pm‑4 pm.
