Lidl GB in High Wycombe is seeking a Retail Shift Manager. This full-time role pays £15.45 per hour, with varied shifts and 30–35 days holiday pro rata. An in-store discount of 10% and enhanced family leave are part of the package.
As a Shift Manager you’ll motivate your team, delegate tasks and ensure the store runs smoothly even when the Store Manager is absent. You’ll oversee stock, cash processes and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
