Stock and Trade Assistant

Pay - £8.00 - £12.71 per hour.

Location:

High Wycombe.

Stock & Trade Assistant – minimum 12 hrs per week, shifts starting at 7am, fully flexible across the week including a Saturday or Sunday shift.

This is not a solely warehouse operative based role. As a Stock & Trade Assistant for Dunelm
, you will be involved in operating our in‑store warehouses and behind‑the‑scenes storerooms, while providing a range of product knowledge and logistical support to contribute to a great customer experience.

• Follow planograms and focus on merchandising while completing a variety of tasks.
• Update price changes.
• Recover the store after busy periods to be ready for customers in the morning.
• Oversee and act on multiple deliveries throughout the week.
• Conduct stock control, ordering and shop‑floor replenishment.

• Love to help colleagues and contribute to the team by reporting regularly to team leaders and store management.
• Organised, committed, and eager to learn about Dunelm
  's vast range of products.
• Confident in multi‑tasking across all stock responsibilities while engaging customers in friendly chats.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role and comfortable working extensively with large and small furniture and furnishings in store.
