Diptyque is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for John Lewis High Wycombe to support the Counter Manager and drive KPI performance. As a brand ambassador, uphold Diptyque's luxury positioning and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will assist with launches, in-store visuals, and events, coach staff, and maintain stock and reporting. This full-time role includes Saturdays and Sundays, with preference for fragrance/beauty luxury retail experience.
