Be among the first 25 applicants to explore this opportunity for a Corporate Sales Manager with Sytner Group – the leading retail partner of BMW UK, based in Shrewsbury. Our corporate sales team delivers outstanding performance across a wide range of corporate business, from broker sales to large end‑user accounts. This is an office‑based role that requires strong commercial awareness, communication and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales with local corporate businesses, ensuring delivery against sales targets.
  • Manage both existing accounts and create new relationships at your site.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and grow these accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of sales, marketing, pricing, operations and service delivery teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build a portfolio of strategic local corporate accounts and convert new business opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to the winning of new customer accounts, including presentations, negotiations and documentation.
  • Manage the overall sales pipeline to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to effective business strategies, priorities and market propositions, using knowledge of local markets, competitors and end customers.
  • Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at raising awareness and generating leads.
  • Ensure compliance with sales excellence standards, best practice and all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong attitude, aptitude and appetite for high‑performance sales.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Highly effective sales, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing proposals and opportunity pipelines.
  • Methodical, able to multi‑task and prioritise while meeting targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, working with detailed proposals and CRM systems.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Preferably experience selling solutions via new‑car retail or in a corporate brokerage environment.
