We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Telesales professional to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients via telephone, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and needs analysis
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to facilitate long‑term partnerships
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives

• Proven experience in telesales roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and persuade clients over the phone
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
• Previous experience in telesales roles is essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
