WhatWe’re Looking For
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a new business or hybrid role
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and navigating senior stakeholder conversations
- Excellent commercial acumen, objection handling, and relationship‑building skills
- A consultative approach and the ability to position technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and a hunger to succeed in a high‑growth environment
- Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high‑value prospects
- Work closely with decision‑makers to understand their security and compliance needs, and deliver tailored, consultative solutions
- Navigate and close complex sales by building business cases, negotiating pricing, and leveraging internal technical specialists
- Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, project delivery, and long‑term value
- Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, building trust, and delivering consistent results
- Partner with a high‑performance sales team and benefit from ongoing product training, strategic support, and technical resources
