Position: Peloton Expert (Part-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a part time role with contracted weekly hours to fall between 14 to 30 hours; actual amount will depend on your availability

By building authentic, long-lasting relationships, you serve as a brand ambassador who turns curious prospects into dedicated members of the Peloton community.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Build interest and nurture curiosity: You engage with the varied traffic we see in our retail stores. From lightly curious introductions to the repeat visitors who haven’t yet committed—you will know how to start a conversation with anyone who so much as looks at us!
  • Manage the Floor: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by executing high-touch, face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Own the Opportunity: Drive individual sales results by treating every showroom visitor as a VIP.

    Experience:

    Maximise sales through personalised service, deep product storytelling, and maintaining a premium showroom environment that reflects our brand’s fitness-forward aesthetic.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Proactively manage your "book of business" using Salesforce to track lead preferences, follow up on trials, and convert prospects into sales.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Execute strategic phone and email outreach to both new leads and existing members to communicate product launches, community events, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Cultivate Brand Loyalty: Act as a subject matter expert on Peloton’s evolving software, boutique apparel, and diverse fitness content.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with your team of fellow sales specialists to ensure every visitor receives a world-class experience, while maintaining impeccable visual and physical store standards.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • Proven Sales DNA: Significant experience in a face-to-face retail or hospitality environment. Experience in fitness, wellness, technology or premium lifestyle brands is a major plus.
  • The "Closer" Mentality: An entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals.
  • High-Energy Professionalism: An enthusiastic, engaging, and polished demeanor—you know how to "own the room" and inspire others.
  • Fitness Fluency: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the Peloton mission. You understand the dedication it takes to maintain a balanced lifestyle and can speak authentically to it.
  • A "People Person" Powerhouse: You are genuinely energized by meeting new people and thrive on the "buzz" of a busy showroom. You have a natural ability to build instant rapport and turn a brief encounter into a lasting connection.
  • Retail Flexibility: The commitment to work a flexible schedule that includes mandatory weekend hours, nights, and holidays—the times when our members need us most.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
