• Build and develop strong customer relationships
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Process orders, quotations and customer enquiries
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
• Provide solutions and support within a competitive market

• Experience with in account management, internal sales or commercially focused customer service
• Strong relationship building skills
• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
• Ability to influence and identify opportunities
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with in Mechanical Services or a similar industry sector
