- Own the complete sales cycle for non‑technical, low‑value deals
- Partner directly with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and strategy
- Build a strong foundation for a successful career in manufacturing sales
- Proactively identify and research target accounts in French using calling, email, and Linked In to generate new opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by Marketing (web enquiries, content downloads, event leads) in French and English.
- Provide joint outbound coverage of the UK market alongside your SDR colleagues.
- Engage with prospects to understand their manufacturing requirements, challenges, and buying timelines.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (need, timeline, budget, and fit) using established frameworks.
- Schedule qualified meetings and deliver warm handovers to Sales Managers for projects requiring technical sales engineers.
- Take ownership of and close low-value deals that do not require technical input.
- Maintain accurate, up-to‑date records of all activity, lead status, and pipeline stages in our CRM (Hub Spot / CPQ).
- Track and report on meeting quality, lead outcomes, and conversion rates against agreed KPIs.
- Partner closely with Marketing to provide frontline insight into market trends, customer objections, and messaging effectiveness for the French market.
- Native or fluent French, and fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Entry‑level or graduate candidate (full training provided); prior sales or customer‑facing experience is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales or business development within manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident on the phone and by email.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards targets.
- Comfortable balancing proactive outbound prospecting with inbound lead qualification and follow‑through.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Based within commuting distance of High Wycombe, or willing to relocate, working a minimum of three days per week on‑site.
- Full training and structured onboarding into Quickparts' sales process and manufacturing technologies
- A clear progression path towards Sales Manager or Account Executive roles
- A modern, collaborative office environment in High Wycombe
- Exposure to an international, multilingual EMEA sales team
