Account Manager – Immunology

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the IBD sector
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the IBD field
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts
• Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions with healthcare providers
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals in handling product inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, NHS, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in IBD preferred
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events
